1. Identification of the website operator

The website 11sound.ro (the “Website”) is operated by SEO EXPERTS SRL, a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office at Uileacu de Munte, comuna Paleu, județul Bihor, Romania, registered with the National Trade Register Office under no. J05/229/1296, tax identification number RO 29769020.

2. Purpose and scope of 11sound.ro

11sound.ro is primarily a brand presentation website for 11sound, a contact point for services, and a promotional product discovery platform.

Through the Website, the following may be presented, without limitation:

• DJ equipment rental;
• flightcase stores;
• audio installations;
• equipment supply for projects and institutions.

These Terms apply to any person who accesses or uses the Website (the “User”).

3. Website usage conditions

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, good morals and these Terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• using the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• attempting to disrupt the operation, security or availability of the Website;
• copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting protected content without authorisation, beyond what the law allows;
• submitting harmful content, malware or abusive messages through contact forms.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Website or to take available legal measures in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4. Information about products and services

Information presented on the Website regarding products, services, features, images and availability is general and informational. It may be updated or changed without individual prior notice.

Service descriptions (rentals, audio installations, equipment supply, etc.) do not in themselves constitute a binding offer to contract, but an invitation to commercial dialogue, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. External stores and partner websites

11sound.ro does not currently process online product orders, payments or shopping carts. Product purchases take place on external store websites, including djflightcase.ro and other partner stores, as applicable.

When the User leaves the Website for an external store, any sales contract (if concluded) is formed between the User and the relevant merchant, under that merchant’s terms and policies.

6. Product prices and promotional data feeds

Product names, images, prices, discounts and availability may be obtained from promotional data feeds supplied by external partner stores. These feeds may update periodically rather than instantly.

As a result, technical delays or synchronisation differences may cause a price shown on 11sound.ro to differ from the current price displayed by the merchant.

• Prices on 11sound.ro are informational.
• Promotional prices and product availability can change.
• The product page on the merchant’s website provides the current offer available for purchase.
• Visitors should verify the final price, availability, shipping costs and purchasing conditions on the merchant’s website before submitting an order.
• An order is placed with the external merchant, not on 11sound.ro.

7. Orders, payments, shipping and returns on external stores

Payments, shipping, warranties, withdrawal rights, returns and any other matters relating to product sales are governed exclusively by the terms of the external merchant with whom the order is placed.

SEO EXPERTS SRL / 11sound.ro is not a party to the sales contract concluded on external store websites, except where the law or an express agreement provides otherwise.

8. Service inquiries and quotations

The contact form and communication channels shown on the Website may be used for inquiries regarding rentals, audio installations, equipment supply or other presented services.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a contract. Any quotation, availability or performance terms will be communicated later, after review of the request, and become binding only under the conditions agreed in writing between the parties.

9. Intellectual property and trademark protection

Website content (texts, graphic elements, photo/video materials, structure and presentation, to the extent protected by law) belongs to SEO EXPERTS SRL or is used with the necessary rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited, except as allowed by law.

The name “11sound”, the 11sound logo and the expression “The Transylvanian DJ Shop” are protected trademarks, registered with OSIM. Unauthorised commercial use of these marks, under the conditions provided by applicable law, may result in legal liability.

These Terms do not prohibit lawful mentions, quotations or references to the brand, provided they do not infringe the trademark owner’s rights and do not mislead the public as to commercial origin or affiliation.

10. Content accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the Website is free from errors, interruptions or inconsistencies, including in relation to data from external feeds.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, access to the Website or certain features for technical, maintenance, security or organisational reasons.

11. External links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (including partner stores and social networks). Those sites are operated independently. We do not control their content, policies or practices and assume no responsibility for them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO EXPERTS SRL is not liable for:
