This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies are, whether and how 11sound.ro uses them, and how you can manage them. It reflects the website’s current behaviour based on an application audit.
1. What cookies and similar storage technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website may place on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies include, for example, localStorage, sessionStorage or identifiers stored locally by scripts.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for a website to function (for example, security or load balancing). Others may be used for analytics, advertising or marketing; under applicable EU / Romanian rules, those typically require prior consent if used.
2. What 11sound.ro currently uses
Based on an audit of the source code and of responses generated by the application, 11sound.ro does not currently set its own (first-party) cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage in the site’s scripts.
The website does not integrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or other analytics, advertising or marketing tracking scripts. There are no embedded Instagram / Facebook widgets, third-party video players, YouTube iframes or tracking iframes on initial page load.
Therefore we do not publish a list of cookie names, providers, durations or analytics / marketing purposes — because such cookies are not implemented in the application. Any contrary statement would be inaccurate.
This finding applies to application behaviour. On the live hosting environment, a CDN, reverse proxy or other infrastructure component could in theory add technical cookies; we recommend verifying in the browser on the production domain.
3. Purposes and whether they are strictly necessary
Because the application does not set cookies and does not use browser local storage, there are currently no “strictly necessary” or “non-essential” cookies to list by name and duration.
The contact form transmits data you enter (for example name, email, message) to our server to process your inquiry. That data is not a cookie. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Contact form rate limiting is performed on the server (in memory), based on the request IP address, without setting a session cookie in the browser.
4. Third-party services identified in the audit
The website loads web fonts (IBM Plex Mono, Inter, Space Grotesk) from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). This involves network requests to Google’s servers for CSS and font files. We do not use Google Fonts as an analytics or advertising tool, and our application does not set cookies in connection with these fonts.
Links to partner stores (for example djflightcase.ro), to our Instagram or Facebook pages, and — in some Journal articles — to videos on YouTube are ordinary outbound links that you follow only if you choose to. We do not embed feeds, plugins or YouTube players on the page. If you follow such a link, the third-party site may set its own cookies under its own policies — outside 11sound.ro’s control.
5. How you can manage or delete cookies
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Steps differ by browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Look under the browser’s privacy / security / cookies menu.
You can also block third-party cookies or clear site data after visits. If we introduce non-essential technologies in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required by law — before those technologies run.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the website, infrastructure or legal requirements. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
